Workshop Outline
The workshop will be held in the warm, welcoming embrace of nature at Guneet’s private yoga studio. Set amidst her two beautiful garden spaces, surrounded by fields, countryside, natural stone walls, and lush green trees, it offers a serene and natural setting.
The yoga session will be held in one of the spacious outdoor gardens, offering an expansive view of the sky and fields. The rest of the sessions will unfold in her lovingly created yoga space, with cooking in the verdant outdoors, allowing participants to truly immerse themselves in the bliss of nature.

I attended the Thankfully Healthy yoga/Ayurveda mini retreat and it was amazing. I have done Yoga on a beginners level but Guneet was so knowledgable and welcoming it has taken my daily yoga practice to new levels. I now understand the really important connection between breathwork and movement and the ethos behind it. Because the two subjects we learnt are so intertwined I really enjoyed Dipti’s explanation of Ayurveda. She made it so easy to understand and implement in daily life, I have been so inspired by her passion for all things healthy that I have purchased a book for further reading on the subject! We finished off with the most amazing Indian food cooked with the tradition of Ayurveda in mind. The whole four hours were superb, I felt very welcome and looked after and left with more knowledge and ideas to move forward. I would definitely book on another of these workshops and would recommend to anyone thinking of turning to a lifestyle of healthy mind, spirit and body as these two ladies can really enhance it with their knowledge and friendly workshops.
